Choosing the plan and the domain

You choose a plan (Essential, Plus or Pro), then decide about the domain name: register a new one, connect a domain you already own, or leave that choice until later.

The summary shows the price excluding VAT, the applicable tax and the total; a domain name registered through Arko will be billed separately, at the registration price (coming soon). No option is added unless you choose it.

Payment and activation

Payment takes place on zenit-group.fr, with your Zenit account: invoices are issued in the name of your organisation, whose legal name and address you enter on the order page, or in the account settings. Only the owner of the organisation can subscribe.

You then pay on the order page, without leaving it, with the form of Stripe, our payment provider: bank card, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. No card number passes through our servers. Your subscription is only activated once Stripe has confirmed the payment to us: the return page waits for that confirmation, and a SEPA Direct Debit is confirmed within a few days.

If the payment is abandoned, nothing is charged or activated, and you can start again. An organisation has only one subscription at a time.

Online payment is not open yet: until it is, the order stops at this step.

What happens next

You answer a few questions about your business, and Arko prepares a suitable initial site, which you then customise in the editor.
