Help us improve

A bug, a vulnerability, an idea: tell us.

Every report is read by someone on the team and gets a reply. Choose the right channel: each one is handled differently.

Report a bug

Something isn’t working as expected in Arko or on this site. The more precise the description, the faster we can fix it.

  1. 01Receipt your request reaches the team, who reply in your account and let you know by email.
  2. 02Triage within two working days: reproduced, prioritised, or a question back to you.
  3. 03Fix announced in the journal; we reply to you once it is live.

Report a vulnerability

A separate channel, handled as a priority and with discretion. Please do not make the vulnerability public before it is fixed.

  1. 01First reply within two working days, from someone on the team.
  2. 02Analysis within seven days: impact confirmed and a timeline for the fix shared with you.
  3. 03Fix and mention in the incident history, without exploitable detail; public thanks if you wish.

Suggest an improvement

A need our tools don’t cover yet. Describe the situation rather than the solution: that is what helps us most.

  1. 01Receipt your message is read by the team.
  2. 02Review and grouping every week, alongside similar requests.
  3. 03Reply within thirty days: accepted, under consideration or declined — with the reason.

A website made with Arko

Does content on a website made with Arko seem unlawful to you? Aikoo is its host: write to us, and someone on the team reads your message. The website’s publisher answers for its content: its legal notice, at the foot of the site, gives its name and contact details.

  1. 01Receipt your message is read by someone on Aikoo’s team, who replies to you.
  2. 02Review we look at the content at the address you give and, if needed, write to the website’s publisher.
  3. 03Decision manifestly unlawful content is removed; we tell you what followed.
