Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately, with the price and the date shown before you confirm. A downgrade takes effect on the renewal date, and you see what changes before you approve it.
It is billed separately: a new name at the registration price, or connect the domain you already own. Without a domain, the site can still be edited and viewed in a private preview.
A general-purpose template covers everything else: pages, opening hours, contact details, media and an enquiry form, without forcing you into the closest line of work on the list.
Your content, your catalogue and your business data remain available for download in documented formats for ninety days after the subscription ends.
