Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the websites zenit-group.fr and arko-web.fr, published by Aikoo SAS, and of the Zenit account they share. By browsing these websites, you accept these terms. Arko subscriptions, which are not open yet, will be governed by general terms of sale provided before any order is placed.

2. Access to the websites

The websites are available free of charge to anyone with internet access. Aikoo SAS may suspend, modify or interrupt access to them at any time, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

3. Zenit account

Creating an account requires accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the actions carried out from your account. Any fraudulent use must be reported to us without delay at contact@aikoo.eu. You can ask for your account to be deleted from the Data section of your account, or by writing to the same address.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the websites is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Any reproduction or reuse, other than for personal viewing, requires the prior written consent of Aikoo SAS.

5. Prohibited uses

• Attempting to access the websites, their servers or other people’s accounts without authorisation.
• Disrupting the operation of the service or circumventing its security measures.
• Extracting or collecting data by automated means without permission.
• Publishing or transmitting content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

6. External links

The two websites link to each other, and sometimes to third-party sites. Aikoo SAS is not responsible for the content or practices of sites it does not publish.

7. Liability

Aikoo SAS is bound by an obligation of means (obligation de moyens): it undertakes to use its best endeavours. To the extent permitted by law, it cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the websites, nor for any unavailability attributable to a third party, a technical service provider or force majeure.

8. Personal data

The data processing carried out by these websites, and the cookies they set, are described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

Aikoo SAS may amend these terms, in particular to reflect changes to the websites or to regulations. The version that applies is the French version published on this site, as at the date shown at the top of the document.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, jurisdiction lies with the courts for the place of Aikoo SAS’s registered office, unless a mandatory legal provision provides otherwise.
