Handling bookings, orders and enquiries

A list to work through, a detail view, clear statuses — from your computer or your phone.

The list

Everything that comes in through your site ends up in “My activity”: bookings, takeaway orders, appointments or enquiries, depending on your profile. Each item moves from new to in progress, then to handled; a cancellation and a refund remain two separate actions.

Capacity and time slots

Two simultaneous requests never take you over your capacity: the place is held while the request is being confirmed, then released exactly once if it is cancelled. An exceptional closure always takes precedence over your usual opening hours.
